The basic "Schmersanski Technique" for regular maintenance and body repair: One diagnosis divided in four sets of three by order of most needed which of the twelve basic Cell Salts one needs. One then diagnosis which of the trace elements one needs in order of most need. Start with the lowest trituration. For the first month in a 6x trituration take the first set of three basic Cell Salts one needs and for the first ten days of the month the most needed trace element. As a general rule for maintenance and body building Ski liked to take the trace elements at the 3x and 6x trituration. For acute conditions the higher triturations are often used.

Alternate Twelves on the first hour then the current three basic with trace element on the second hour. Non acute conditions, regular maintenance one would take say 3 to 50 pellets or more of the Twelve's and the three individual, and say 6 to 10 of the trace element. In ten days change to the second most needed trace element, the third ten days of the month the third most needed trace element. The second month take the second set of three basic individual Cell Salts and take the fourth, fifth, and sixth most needed trace element for ten days each.

After going through the basic four sets of three and the trace elements in this manner start over with the sets of three pattern at 12x trituration and keep going on through the trace elements in order of most need.

After completing this do it again at 30x trituration forxx the four sets of three basic individual minerals, and continue through the trace elements in order of most need. Then repeat the whole cycle of sets of three at 6X, 12X, 30X and keep going through the "Trace Elements" in order of most need.
